OUR PRODUCTION PROGRAM:
-YARN(all thru the LAB test of the quality)
-WEAVING ( all thru the pre-inspection and repair process before sending to DYE department)
-DYEING( LAB color confirmation, use the reactive dyes, PH, AZO FREE,fastness, HARMFUL things test)
-PRINTING( all the dyed or undyed fabric have passed the fabric inspection, using the reactive prints, washing to dry)
-SEWING( all the fabrics have to be inspected before cutting and sewing)
-PACKING (the 6th inspection process after SEWING, to pass the matel test gram and packing, then go into warehouse for shipment)
